To track your order, use the tracking ID from your shipping confirmation email in your carrier's tracking tool. If a portal on bpdoctormed.com is linked from your email, you can use that as well. If results do not appear immediately, wait 24–48 hours for the first scan, then try again.
Free / standard shipping
Many kits ship from regional warehouses or manufacturing partners. Under normal conditions, total delivery time is often about 8–14 days depending on your location (excluding order processing time). Holiday congestion, weather, or health-related disruptions may add delay.
- USA, Canada, Europe, Australia: often about 10–14 days average.
- Other regions: often about 13–18 days average.
Individual items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. Tracking may appear paused while a parcel clears customs; movement usually resumes once it enters the destination country network (for example, USPS in the United States).
Express shipping
Express orders may ship with carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Total delivery time is often about 5–7 days excluding processing, depending on region and season.
- USA, Canada, Europe, Australia: often about 7–10 days average.
- Other regions: often about 10–14 days average.
Kits that ship from the United States
When inventory ships from a US warehouse, domestic transit is often about 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping vs express
Express generally receives higher handling priority and may arrive several days sooner than free shipping during the same season. Actual dates depend on backlog, carrier performance, and your local delivery agent.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order if it has not yet shipped. If a tracking number is already active, the parcel is likely in motion and we cannot cancel it; see our refund policy for next steps.
Refunds while in transit
We do not refund items that are still in transit unless required by law or by exception under our refund policy. Contact us with your order ID if you believe your case qualifies.
