Handling time

We check inventory every day to ensure sufficient stock for every product. Most online orders may take up to 2–4 business days to process before they ship from our warehouse (weekends excluded).

Free shipping (where offered)

We currently offer free standard shipping worldwide on qualifying storefront promotions (see the site banner and checkout for the active offer). When free shipping applies, no separate shipping fee is charged at checkout for standard service to supported destinations listed below.

  • About 10–20 days to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU.
  • About 20–30 business days for delivery to the rest of the world, depending on your location and customs processing.

We ship to most countries except Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea region of Ukraine, where restricted by law or carrier policy.

Express shipping

Express service typically takes about 5–15 days to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU, depending on carrier and season. The same destination restrictions apply. Express fees, when available, are shown at checkout.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (weekends excluded) but may take up to 72 hours, sometimes longer during peak periods. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched—please check your spam or junk folder. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at help@bpdoctorwatch.com and we can provide real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched. It usually takes 1 to 3 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes—VAT applies only to orders within the EU (European Union). Final tax treatment is shown at checkout for your market.

My item arrived broken or damaged—what can I do?

If your product is damaged, take photos and a video, then send them to help@bpdoctorwatch.com. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hours where appropriate. We are not responsible for cosmetic damage to outer boxes, cases, or other packaging alone; carriers are responsible for handling cartons with care—we have no control over in-transit box condition.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

Our email may be in your spam or junk folder—please check there first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and order date so we can resend details.

I don't have a tracking number—when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, the tracking number is included most of the time. If you cannot find it, email help@bpdoctorwatch.com for an update on your tracking.

Logistics delays

International logistics may experience delays due to customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. Transit estimates above are typical ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates.
