We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This page summarizes the policy published on bpdoctormed.com in clearer English.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at Contact us or the support email at the bottom of this page. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You can contact us for any return question at the same address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns if the product is damaged by misuse, submerged, or otherwise not in resalable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Freight

  1. If the goods have shipped and you request a refund while the package is still in transit, you may be responsible for outbound freight (commonly around $30, subject to carrier quotes) and recall fees (commonly around $20), as assessed case by case.
  2. After delivery, if you return for personal preference (not a quality defect), you are typically responsible for outbound freight (commonly around $30) and return shipping to our warehouse, paid directly to your carrier.
  3. For refunds due to verified quality issues, we cover reasonable freight after inspection. You may need to pay return shipping in advance; after we confirm the defect, we reimburse eligible freight. Please use an economical tracked service and keep proof of shipment.
  4. There is no separate handling charge for approved returns beyond the freight rules above.
