Manage daily health with one wrist device
BP Doctor smartwatches are designed to log multiple wellness signals—not only steps, but also blood pressure, blood oxygen (SpO₂), heart rate, respiration, sleep, and temperature on supported models.
The companion app stores history beyond what fits on the watch, so you can review trends before clinic visits or caregiver check-ins.
What data can a BP Doctor record?
Depending on your model, you may see blood pressure sessions, heart rate, SpO₂, respiratory rate, sleep summaries, activity (steps, distance, calories), and temperature where hardware supports it.
Use consistent posture and timing when you measure blood pressure so daily logs stay comparable week to week.
How scores and baselines work
Some dashboards compare recent activity, sleep, and heart rate variability against your personal baseline. A lower score after poor sleep or travel does not automatically mean illness—it is a prompt to check context and technique.
Always interpret consumer wearables with your clinician; they support journaling, not diagnosis on their own.
Compatible models
Daily health dashboards are featured on current cuff-based models such as BP Doctor Pro 17, Pro 17B, and Med 18. See each product page for the exact sensor list for that SKU.
