Prerequisites

  • Phone Bluetooth is turned on.
  • The app has location permission enabled (required on many Android builds for BLE scanning).

Android

If you denied location or nearby device access, open system Settings → Apps → BP Doctor app → Permissions and allow what the prompt requests, then search again.

iPhone (iOS)

On some iOS versions, Control Center Bluetooth only pauses connections—it may not match the main Settings Bluetooth switch. Turn Bluetooth on in Settings and Control Center for reliable discovery.
